Refunds & Returns

At Buyaphoto we want you to be completely happy with your purchase ( happy customers make good business). In the event that something goes wrong with your order the following procedures are in place.
To help us with our quality control all refunds credits or reprints for orders that are not claimed lost in post must be returned to Buyaphoto.
We will give you a credit or refund:

If the order gets damaged in the mail system.
If the order is lost in transit.*
If the order has poor colour and we don't reject it.

Unfortunately we can not give you a credit or refund:

If the order is incorrect in any way. i.e.; not ordering the right size or file.
If the order has a late cancellation.
If the order has an insufficient mailing address.

CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS
Any changes or cancellations must be submitted before 9am AEST the next day via the contact form that can be found here .

RETURNS
At Buyaphoto we are constantly trying to improve our quality. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work or your order is damaged in the post, it should be returned to us so that we can correct these problems. Unfortunately we cannot issue a refund or reprint without receiving the item.
